A clear example of our remanufacturing process is this Siemens spindle model 1PH7137-2ND22-0BA0. It arrived in our workshop covered in grease, with multiple failures and severe wear.
As you can see from the pictures, the level of deterioration and contamination with grease and debris was more than noticeable.
There was a lot of dirt and damage inside the unit.
We replaced the bearings, the encoder, the seals and the control connector. We also repaired a shunt winding, solved a phase short circuit and repaired the shaft due to its high level of wear.
But that was not all. We completely removed the accumulated dirt and left the engine looking and running like new.

You can see how the equipment entered and left our workshops after the repair. The final appearance is impeccable, as if it were a brand new piece of equipment, and after passing through the controlcheck department, the ‘as’ is not necessary. This is tested and guaranteed equipment in perfect working order.
